Go into your account settings at stripe.com. From there, you need to check a few things.
1) API Version. Check that you are using the correct API version. The latest version we support is 2016-07-06. Be sure to click the "upgrade api" button if you are currently using an older API version.
2) Subscriptions. Be sure to set up your business rules on how to handle any recurring payments that fail.
3) Emails. If your your plan supports sending your recurring donors emails of each recurring charge, you'll want to disable the feature in Stripe that sends your donors emails for successful payments and/or refunds. If you decide to keep this enabled, your donors will receive two emails, one from RaiseDonors and one from Stripe. If however, you are using the Starter or Plus plan, it's up to you if you'd like to leave this enabled. All plans will send your donors an email of the initial donation (ie: first time).
